Privacy Policy

Last updated: June 13, 2026 · Draft pending attorney review

This Privacy Policy explains how Priceless Revenge LLC ("Priceless Revenge," "we," "us") collects and uses information when you submit a seller intake request or otherwise contact us.

Information we collect

When you use our intake form, we collect the information you provide: your name, email address, item category, your description of the item and the cause you want to support, and your confirmation of ownership. If we move forward, we may later collect additional records required to complete a purchase, such as a government photo ID, proof of ownership, and a signed bill of sale.

How we use information

We use your information only to respond to your request, evaluate and document a potential purchase or consignment, comply with recordkeeping and tax requirements, and communicate with you. We do not sell your personal information.

How we share information

We share information only with service providers that help us operate (for example, our form and email providers), with payment and authentication partners when a transaction proceeds, and where required by law. We do not publish seller names or private details in our public impact ledger.

Data retention and security

We retain transaction records for as long as required by Texas business, tax, and secondhand-goods rules, and we limit who can access stored identity documents and seller data. No method of storage or transmission is perfectly secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Your choices

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of the information you submitted by emailing Freedom@pricelessrevenge.com, subject to records we are legally required to keep.

This is a starting draft for review, not legal advice. Have a Texas attorney review and finalize this policy before collecting identity documents or buying from the public.
