These Terms govern your use of the Priceless Revenge website and seller intake form. By using the site or submitting a request, you agree to these Terms.
No offer or appraisal
Information on this site is general and informational. Nothing here is an offer to buy, a valuation, an appraisal, or a guarantee of any price or resale outcome. Any purchase or consignment is governed by a separate written agreement signed by both parties.
Seller responsibilities
By submitting an item, you represent that you own it or are authorized to sell it, that your description is accurate, and that the item is not stolen, counterfeit, recalled, subject to a dispute, or otherwise restricted. We may require a government photo ID, proof of ownership, a signed bill of sale, and authentication before completing any transaction, and we may decline any item for any lawful reason.
Items we do not accept
We do not buy or broker firearms, prescription or regulated items, recalled products, counterfeit goods, stolen or disputed property, or anything with unclear ownership. We do not make loans, hold goods as collateral, or operate as a pawn business.
Cause pledge
Our planned impact pledge reserves a published share of net resale profit for verified causes once partner agreements and a written calculation method are in place. Until partners and percentages are published, any cause language describes our intended program and is not a binding commitment to a specific organization or amount.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the site is provided "as is," and Priceless Revenge LLC is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the site.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas.
